Taikoz at the Gondwana Voices National Choral School : Explorations Concert

Taikoz is thrilled to be back at the Gondwana National Choirs National Choral School for 2019! Taikoz members Ryuji Hamada and Kerryn Joyce are now into the second of two weeks presenting unique taiko experiences for young musicians.

All of this will be featured on Thursday 17 January, 7pm in the "Explorations Concert" part of the Festival of Summer Voices series.

Join us for Festival of Summer Voices - the 2019 National Choral School's 4-concert series at the University of NSW's Clancy Auditorium. Enjoy every night of this amazing choral feast! Explorations Concert
2 hours, with 20 minute interval
This concert showcases the variety of elective options that choristers of National Choral School will have explored in the previous two weeks - Randai (Indonesian body percussion) with Suara Indonesia Dance, Javanese Gamelan with Vi King Lim, Singing Taiko with Taikoz, Music Theatre with Alexander Andrews and Peter Hayward and a cappella ensemble with Naomi Crellin (The Idea of North).
