This new work, lead by Taikoz' celebrated artistic director Ian Cleworth, features the input and talents of the entire Taikoz ensemble. Unique to Australia, Taikoz comprises of some of the country's finest percussionists, as well as international taiko artists who have made the move to Sydney specifically to create work and play with Taikoz.
One of these artists, Silvana Imperatori, grew up in Norway, studied taiko in Japan, and now is a valued member of Taikoz. She shares her insights into creating Natural Forces below.
